- maintain confidentiality over an idea that is not otherwise legally protected.
32. Logout Prism
Logout Prism is an educational and simulation-based platform developed to help users understand digital influence, algorithmic persuasion, synthetic media, AI-related risks, and behavioural decision-making.
Prism is designed for education and prevention.
Prism does not:

Where Prism presents simulated scenarios, scores, classifications, recommendations, or feedback, these outputs are educational tools and should not be interpreted as clinical assessments.

Certain Services may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine-learning systems, automated processing, or synthetic media.
Where AI is used, we will seek to provide appropriate information regarding its role within the relevant Service.
AI-generated outputs may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- misleading; or
- inappropriate for a particular situation.
You should not rely exclusively on AI-generated information when making decisions concerning health, safety, education, employment, finances, or other significant matters.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no AI system operated or made available by Logout Neuchâtel constitutes a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnostic system.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue AI-enabled features where necessary for safety, technical, legal, ethical, or operational reasons.

35. Privacy and Data Protection
35.1 General Principle
Logout Neuchâtel respects your privacy and is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation.
Our processing of personal data is primarily governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its implementing provisions.
Where applicable, other data protection legislation may also apply depending on the nature of the Service, the location of the user, and the circumstances of the processing.
Our detailed processing activities are described in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal framework governing the Services.
36. Personal Data
For the purposes of these Terms, Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Depending on the Services you use, we may process information such as:
- identification and contact information;
- account information;
- membership information;
- booking and appointment information;
- payment and transaction information;
- communications with Logout Neuchâtel;
- information concerning participation in programmes or events;
- technical and usage information;
- information voluntarily provided through forms or surveys; and
- other information necessary to provide the relevant Service.
We seek to limit the collection of Personal Data to information that is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
37. Sensitive Personal Data
Certain Services may involve information that qualifies as sensitive personal data under applicable data protection law.
This may include information concerning:
- health;
- psychological well-being;
- family circumstances;
- information concerning minors;
- biometric information, where applicable;
- other categories of data protected by law.
Because of the potentially sensitive nature of consultation and prevention activities, Logout Neuchâtel applies heightened safeguards to such information.
Where applicable law requires express consent or another specific legal justification for processing or disclosure of sensitive personal data, we will obtain or rely upon the applicable legal basis before carrying out the relevant processing.
The Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner confirms that health data constitutes sensitive personal data and that processing sensitive data may require express consent depending on the circumstances.
38. Transparency
We will provide appropriate information concerning our processing of Personal Data.
Our Privacy Policy is intended to explain, in an accessible manner:
- who is responsible for processing;
- what categories of Personal Data we collect;
- the purposes for which data is processed;
- the categories of recipients;
- the use of service providers;
- retention periods or applicable criteria;
- transfers of data outside Switzerland;
- your rights; and
- how you may contact us concerning data protection.
Swiss data protection authorities require privacy information to be transparent, comprehensible, readily accessible, and sufficiently detailed to allow individuals to understand how their data is processed. (FDPIC)
39. Purposes of Processing
We may process Personal Data where reasonably necessary to:
- provide and administer the Services;
- manage Memberships;
- process bookings;
- process payments;
- communicate with you;
- organize events and programmes;
- provide consultations;
- maintain appropriate records;
- provide customer and administrative support;
- protect the security of our systems;
- prevent misuse or abuse;
- comply with legal obligations;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- evaluate and improve our Services;
- conduct permitted research or evaluation activities; and
- pursue other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We will not use Personal Data for incompatible purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
The FADP establishes a purpose-limitation principle: personal data should be processed for a specific purpose that is made clear to the data subject.
40. Consultations and Confidential Information
Information disclosed during a Consultation will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and the specific professional framework applicable to the person providing the Service.
Logout Neuchâtel will not ordinarily disclose information from a Consultation to:
- employers;
- schools;
- universities;
- parents or family members;
- insurance providers;
- public authorities; or
- other third parties without an appropriate legal basis or the individual's consent, where consent is required.
However, confidentiality is not absolute.
Information may be disclosed where:
- disclosure is required by law;
- disclosure is necessary to comply with a legally binding order;
- disclosure is necessary to protect a person from a serious and imminent risk where permitted or required by law;
- disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- another legally recognized basis for disclosure applies.
The precise confidentiality obligations applicable to a particular professional or service may depend on the professional's legal status and applicable Swiss law.
41. Family Consultations
Where a Consultation involves multiple members of a family or household, confidentiality applies to each participant individually.
Participation in a family Consultation does not automatically give one participant a right to access information disclosed privately by another participant.
Before sharing information between participants, Logout Neuchâtel may require appropriate consent or determine that disclosure is otherwise legally justified.
Where a minor participates in a Service, the applicable legal framework concerning parental authority, confidentiality, safeguarding, and the minor's rights will be taken into account.
42. Schools, Employers and Organizations
Where Logout Neuchâtel provides Services to an Organization, the Organization may receive information necessary to administer the contractual relationship.
However, participation in an individual Consultation does not automatically authorize Logout Neuchâtel to disclose the individual's personal information to the Organization that funded or arranged the Service.
Unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted, organizational reporting will focus on aggregated, anonymized, or non-identifying information where such reporting is appropriate.
For example, a school may receive a report indicating that a workshop was completed and summarizing general educational outcomes without receiving confidential information disclosed by individual students during a private Consultation.
Specific arrangements may be established through a separate agreement with the Organization.
43. Service Providers and Data Processors
We may engage third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Services.
These may include providers of:
- hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- appointment scheduling;
- payment processing;
- email and communications;
- video conferencing;
- analytics;
- cybersecurity;
- database management;
- event registration; and
- other technical or administrative services.
Where appropriate, such providers may process Personal Data on our behalf.
We remain responsible for selecting and managing service providers in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards will be implemented.
44. International Data Transfers
Some technology or service providers may process Personal Data outside Switzerland.
Where Personal Data is transferred abroad, Logout Neuchâtel will apply the safeguards required by applicable Swiss data protection law.
Where the destination country does not provide an adequate level of data protection, we will rely on an appropriate legal mechanism or safeguard where required, such as recognized contractual safeguards.
The FDPIC provides specific guidance concerning transfers of personal data to countries that do not provide adequate protection and the use of standard contractual clauses.
The Privacy Policy will identify relevant categories of international transfers where required.
45. Data Security
Logout Neuchâtel takes appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against:
- unauthorized access;
- unauthorized disclosure;
- accidental loss;
- destruction;
- alteration;
- misuse; and
- other unlawful processing.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where a data security incident occurs that triggers obligations under applicable law, Logout Neuchâtel will take the measures required by law.
The FADP requires notification to the FDPIC where a data security breach is likely to pose a high risk to the personality or fundamental rights of affected individuals.
46. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions and limitations, you may have rights including:
- the right to request information about whether we process Personal Data concerning you;
- the right to obtain information about such processing;
- the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Data;
- the right to request deletion where legally applicable;
- the right to request restriction or cessation of certain processing;
- the right to object to certain processing; and
- other rights provided by applicable data protection legislation.
Under the FADP , individuals have a right to obtain information concerning the processing of their Personal Data, including the controller's identity, purposes, recipients, and applicable retention period or criteria.
Requests concerning your Personal Data should be directed to the contact address specified in our Privacy Policy.
47. Automated Individual Decisions
Certain Services may use automated systems, algorithms, or artificial intelligence.
Logout Neuchâtel does not intend to use automated systems to make medical or psychiatric diagnoses.
Where an automated individual decision within the meaning of applicable Swiss data protection law is made and the relevant statutory conditions apply, we will provide the information and rights required by law.
This may include the right to request information concerning the automated decision and, where legally applicable, to request human review.
Swiss data protection law provides specific safeguards for automated individual decisions, including information and human-review rights in the circumstances defined by law.
48. Research and Evaluation
Logout Neuchâtel may evaluate its programmes and, where legally permitted, conduct or participate in research concerning digital behaviour, technology use, prevention, psychological well-being, and related subjects.
Where research involves Personal Data, the processing will be conducted in accordance with applicable legal and ethical requirements.
Where consent is required for optional research participation, participation will be voluntary and based on appropriate information.
Participation in a research or evaluation activity will not be a condition of receiving an unrelated Service unless expressly stated and legally justified.
Where possible, research outputs will use aggregated or anonymized information.
49. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy provides more detailed information concerning the processing of Personal Data.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
Where a specific privacy matter is governed by the Privacy Policy, the more specific provisions of the Privacy Policy will apply.
We may update the Privacy Policy independently of these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in our processing activities, technology, service providers, or applicable law.
50. Electronic Communications
50.1 Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically where appropriate.
Electronic communications may include:
- email;
- notifications through your Account;
- booking confirmations;
- appointment reminders;
- invoices;
- membership communications;

- other administrative communications relating to the Services.
Where applicable law requires a communication to be provided in a particular form, we will comply with the applicable requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information associated with your Account or registration remains accurate and accessible.
51. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by applicable law, we may send you information concerning:
- Logout Neuchâtel activities;
- educational resources;
- events;
- research publications;
- programmes;
- membership opportunities; and
- other activities consistent with our mission.
Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending electronic marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending essential administrative, contractual, security, or service-related communications.
52. Online Consultations
Certain Consultations may be delivered through third-party video-conferencing or communication platforms.
Before participating in an online Consultation, you may be required to:
- use a compatible device;
- maintain a suitable internet connection;
- use a private environment where reasonably possible;
- protect access to the device used for the Consultation; and
- comply with the applicable terms of the third-party platform.
The quality and availability of an online Consultation may depend on factors outside our control, including:
- internet connectivity;
- device performance;
- third-party platform availability;
- software compatibility;
- network restrictions; and
- technical failures.
We are not responsible for technical failures caused exclusively by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
53. Recording of Consultations and Activities
Unless expressly agreed otherwise and legally permitted, Logout Neuchâtel does not record individual Consultations.
You must not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute a private Consultation without the prior consent of the persons concerned and, where applicable, Logout Neuchâtel.
For workshops, conferences, or public events, Logout Neuchâtel may photograph or record activities for documentation, communication, educational, or promotional purposes where appropriate.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate information or consent will be obtained.
Specific recording arrangements may be communicated during registration for an event or programme.
54. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or integrate with services operated by third parties.
These may include providers of:
- payment processing;
- video conferencing;
- cloud storage;
- hosting;
- email;
- appointment scheduling;
- analytics;
- authentication;
- event registration;
- communications; and
- other technical infrastructure.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Logout Neuchâtel does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, content, security practices, availability, or terms.
Where reasonably practicable, we will identify significant third-party services relevant to a particular Service.
55. Payments Through Third Parties
Payments may be processed through external payment providers.
Where you make a payment through a third-party payment platform:
- the payment may be subject to the provider's terms;
- the provider may process payment-related information in accordance with its own privacy practices; and
- Logout Neuchâtel may receive information necessary to confirm and administer the transaction.
Logout Neuchâtel does not generally receive or store complete payment-card information where payment processing is performed directly by a specialized payment provider.
56. External Links
Our Website and Services may contain links to websites, resources, applications, or services operated by third parties.
External links may be provided for:
- educational purposes;
- reference;
- convenience;
- research;
- emergency resources; or
- access to partner services.
An external link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Logout Neuchâtel unless expressly stated.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for:
- their content;
- availability;
- security;
- privacy practices;
- accuracy;
- legality; or
- terms of use.
You access external services at your own discretion.
57. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable and secure Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available.
The Services may occasionally be:
- unavailable;
- interrupted;
- delayed;
- modified;
- restricted;
- suspended; or
- temporarily inaccessible.
This may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- technical failures;
- infrastructure failures;
- third-party provider failures;
- telecommunications problems;
- legal requirements;
- security concerns; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to restore affected Services within an appropriate timeframe.
58. Beta and Experimental Services
From time to time, Logout Neuchâtel may offer experimental, pilot, research, or beta Services.
Such Services may be identified as:
- beta;
- pilot;
- experimental;
- prototype;
- research;
- preview; or
- otherwise subject to testing.
Experimental Services may contain errors, limitations, or incomplete functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue experimental Services at any time.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, participation in an experimental Service does not create a right to continued access or functionality.
Where an experimental Service involves research or the collection of Personal Data beyond what is necessary to provide the ordinary Service, additional information and, where required, consent will be provided.
59. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Systems
Some educational, research, or digital Services may incorporate third-party artificial intelligence systems.
Where this occurs, the processing of information may be subject to:
- the technical architecture of the relevant Service;
- the third-party provider's contractual terms;
- applicable data protection arrangements; and
- the specific configuration implemented by Logout Neuchâtel.
We will not intentionally submit confidential consultation information to a third-party AI system for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent.
You should not voluntarily enter highly sensitive personal information into an AI-enabled feature unless the relevant Service expressly indicates that such information may be provided.
AI-generated outputs should be treated as potentially fallible and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
60. Security
You must not attempt to compromise the security of the Website, Prism, Accounts, or other Services.
Prohibited activities include:
- unauthorized access;
- credential theft;
- exploitation of vulnerabilities;
- denial-of-service attacks;
- distribution of malicious software;
- unauthorized penetration testing;
- circumvention of authentication;
- unauthorized extraction of data; and
- interference with security mechanisms.
If you discover a potential security vulnerability affecting a Logout Neuchâtel Service, you should report it through the security contact designated on our Website rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing the vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
61. Service Changes and Updates
Digital Services evolve over time.
We may modify or update features, interfaces, educational materials, technical infrastructure, or functionality to:
- improve security;
- improve accessibility;
- comply with legal requirements;
- correct errors;
- improve performance;
- reflect scientific developments;
- respond to technological developments; or
- improve the user experience.
Where a change materially reduces a paid Service during an active contractual period, we will take reasonable steps to address the impact in accordance with applicable law and the relevant contractual arrangement.
62. Force Majeure
Logout Neuchâtel shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing an obligation where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- natural disasters;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- governmental measures;
- interruption of telecommunications;
- widespread cybersecurity incidents;
- infrastructure failures;
- power outages;
- failures of critical suppliers;
- strikes or labor disruptions; or
- other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable measures to minimize their impact on affected Services.
63. Notices
Where these Terms or applicable law require us to provide you with a notice, we may do so through:
- email;
- your Account;
- the Website;
- the relevant Service interface;
- postal communication; or
- another legally permissible method.
Notices concerning material contractual changes will be provided in a manner reasonably designed to bring the change to your attention.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
64. Disclaimers and Warranties
64.1 General Principle
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We seek to provide reliable, evidence-informed, and professionally responsible Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will:
- always be available;
- be uninterrupted;
- be free from errors;
- be completely secure;
- meet every individual requirement;
- produce a particular psychological or behavioural outcome; or
- remain unchanged over time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
65. Educational and Preventive Content
Information provided through our Website, publications, workshops, programmes, Prism, or other Services is intended primarily for educational and preventive purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that educational materials are accurate and informed by relevant scientific knowledge.
However, scientific knowledge, technology, and best practices evolve.
Accordingly, we do not warrant that all Content is:
- exhaustive;
- permanently current;
- free from factual or technical errors;
- applicable to every individual; or
- sufficient for making a particular professional, medical, legal, financial, or other significant decision.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice where your circumstances require it.
66. No Guarantee of Individual Outcomes
Participation in a preventive programme or Consultation does not guarantee a particular result.
For example, Logout Neuchâtel does not guarantee that participation will:
- eliminate problematic technology use;
- prevent psychological difficulties;
- improve a particular relationship;
- change a person's behaviour;
- prevent exposure to online risks;
- improve academic or professional performance; or
- prevent future mental health difficulties.
Behavioural and psychological outcomes depend on numerous individual, environmental, social, and technological factors beyond our control.
67. AI-Generated Information
Where Services incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated recommendations, or synthetic content, outputs may contain errors or omissions.
AI-generated information must not be treated as:
- medical advice;
- psychiatric advice;
- psychological diagnosis;
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- emergency guidance; or
- a substitute for professional human judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before relying upon it.
Where a decision could materially affect health, safety, legal rights, education, employment, or financial circumstances, you should seek appropriate qualified human advice.
68. Third-Party Services
Logout Neuchâtel may rely on third-party providers to deliver certain aspects of the Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures caused exclusively by:
- third-party platform outages;
- telecommunications failures;
- payment-provider failures;
- hosting failures;
- external cybersecurity incidents;
- third-party software defects; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not limit any rights you may have directly against the relevant third-party provider.
69. Participant-Generated Information
Some Services may allow participants to submit information, responses, assessments, comments, or other User Content.
We do not guarantee that User Content submitted by other participants is accurate, appropriate, or reliable.
You should exercise reasonable judgment when relying on information provided by other users.
70. Liability
70.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, Logout Neuchâtel shall be liable only for damage caused by a breach of its contractual or legal obligations to the extent such liability cannot validly be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by mandatory law.
70.2 Excluded Categories of Loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Logout Neuchâtel shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the Services.
This may include, where legally permissible:
- loss of opportunity;
- loss of anticipated benefits;
- loss of data resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- business interruption;
- reputational damage; or
- losses resulting from reliance on third-party information or services.
This provision does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
71. Liability for Paid Services
Where you have paid for a specific Service, any liability relating to that Service shall be assessed having regard to:
- the nature of the Service;
- the contractual obligations applicable to that Service;
- the circumstances giving rise to the claim;
- the damage actually established; and
- applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer or other protected party of mandatory statutory rights.
72. Professional and Preventive Services
Logout Neuchâtel does not guarantee that preventive psychological support, psychoeducation, or behavioural guidance will produce a specific result.
The purpose of these Services is to provide structured support, education, reflection, and prevention.
Where a participant's circumstances indicate that the needs exceed the scope of the Service, Logout Neuchâtel may recommend consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or other specialist.
Such referral does not constitute a diagnosis.
73. Emergency and Safety-Related Limitations
Logout Neuchâtel is not an emergency response organization.
Our Services should not be used as the sole source of assistance where an individual presents an immediate risk to themselves or others.
Where we become aware of circumstances requiring urgent intervention, we may take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law, professional obligations, safeguarding requirements, and the information available to us.
These steps may include recommending or facilitating referral to appropriate emergency or healthcare services.
74. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Logout Neuchâtel for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your:
- material breach of these Terms;
- unlawful use of the Services;
- misuse of our intellectual property;
- unauthorized use of another person's Personal Data;
- fraudulent conduct; or
- intentional or grossly negligent misconduct.
This provision does not require you to compensate Logout Neuchâtel for losses caused by Logout Neuchâtel's own breach of its legal obligations.
Where mandatory Swiss law provides otherwise, the applicable statutory rules shall prevail.
75. Suspension of Services
We may temporarily suspend your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the security of the Services;
- investigate suspected misuse;
- prevent fraud;
- address serious misconduct;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect another participant;
- protect confidential information;
- address a safeguarding concern; or
- prevent material harm to Logout Neuchâtel or another person.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Immediate suspension may occur where prior notice would create a material security, safety, legal, or operational risk.
76. Termination by You
You may stop using the Services at any time.
You may terminate your Account where an Account is provided.
You may resign from membership in accordance with:
- the Association's Statutes;
- applicable membership rules; and
- any applicable contractual requirements.
Termination of an Account or cessation of use does not automatically cancel obligations that accrued before termination.
77. Termination by Logout Neuchâtel
We may terminate or restrict your access to a Service where:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- you fail to pay applicable fees;
- you engage in serious misconduct;
- you create a significant risk to another participant;
- you misuse the Services;
- continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law;
- the Service is discontinued; or
- another legitimate and legally permissible reason exists.
Where termination is based on a remediable breach, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
78. Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- your right to access the affected Services may cease;
- unpaid amounts that became due before termination remain payable;
- licences granted to you under these Terms may terminate;
- provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain effective.
These may include provisions concerning:
- intellectual property;
- confidentiality;
- payment obligations;
- liability;
- indemnification;
- dispute resolution; and
- governing law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before the termination date.
79. Refunds Following Termination
Where Logout Neuchâtel terminates a paid Service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will determine whether a refund is appropriate in accordance with:
- the applicable Service terms;
- the payment conditions;
- the unused portion of the Service, where relevant; and
- mandatory applicable law.
Where termination results from your material breach, misconduct, or misuse of the Services, you may not be entitled to a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
80. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
80.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and the contractual relationship between you and Logout Neuchâtel shall be governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory provisions of law that may apply to your circumstances.
Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights or protections that apply under the law.
80.2 Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us before initiating formal proceedings so that we have a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve the matter.
You may contact us regarding a dispute using the contact details provided in Section 87.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable Swiss procedural law.
80.3 Place of Jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the competent courts at the registered office of Logout Neuchâtel shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
Mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers or other protected parties shall prevail.
81. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Swiss law.
Where a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable because it conflicts with mandatory law, that provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable law.
The remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
82. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it legally valid and enforceable.
If such modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be deemed severed to the extent of its invalidity.
The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
83. No Waiver
If Logout Neuchâtel does not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver is effective only if expressly communicated by an authorized representative of Logout Neuchâtel.
A waiver relating to one particular circumstance does not constitute a waiver of the same or another provision in another circumstance.
84. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person or Organization without our prior written consent, except where such transfer is permitted by mandatory law.
Logout Neuchâtel may transfer or assign its rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with:
- a restructuring;
- a transfer of activities;
- a merger or organizational change;
- a transfer of a Service; or
- another legitimate organizational purpose, provided that such transfer does not unlawfully prejudice your rights.
85. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the contractual framework governing your use of the Services.
Depending on the Service, these documents may include:
- the Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Membership Terms;
- Consultation Agreement;
- Organizational Services Agreement;
- event-specific terms;
- programme-specific rules; and
- other contractual documents expressly incorporated into the relevant Service.
Where a specific written agreement governs a particular Service and conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement shall prevail with respect to that Service.
86. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- a partnership;
- joint venture;
- employment relationship;
- fiduciary relationship;
- agency relationship; or
- representative relationship between you and Logout Neuchâtel unless expressly established by a separate written agreement.
Membership of the Association does not, by itself, authorize a Member to represent Logout Neuchâtel or incur obligations on its behalf.

91. Final Provision
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that you agree to comply with the provisions applicable to the Services you use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the relevant Services.
