The Association is established in accordance with Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (CC).
Legal form: non-profit association, subject to its statutes and its actual legal classification.
The Association is organised in accordance with its statutes of 30 January 2026.
It is represented by the persons authorised to do so, in accordance with the statutes and the applicable rules of representation.
The purpose of the Association is in particular to promote prevention, education and wellbeing in the context of digital transformation.

The content published on the Site, in particular texts, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphic elements, logos, educational materials, methodology sheets and design elements, is protected by the applicable intellectual property provisions, in particular the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA; SR 231.1), insofar as the legal conditions for protection are met.
The rights in these elements belong to the Association or to the relevant rights holders, as the case may be.
Trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs are subject to the rights of their respective holders. Their use does not confer any ownership right on the User.
